Tele-Medicine services
For the convenience to our patients who may live outside our service area, we can continue to monitor your weight-loss and health progress by our Tele-Medicine Portal.
This is a HIPAA compliant system that allows our physician or medical provider to complete a face to face visit with you via computer – video-conferencing and monitor your vitals, weight as appropriate to your program.

Prescription refill requests
Please plan ahead and allow at least 48 hours for prescription refill requests to be processed, in some cases prior authorizations may be necessary.
